How do I control my allergies?

It's getting really out of hand, and its crazy. I can't stop sneezing at college, and my nose is any really runny or stuffed up so I can't breathe. Aside from claritin, and drugs, how can I control my allergies? How do I control my allergies?
Well, aside from drugs about the solitary thing you can do is stay home. Allergies are cause by any number of things that you will encounter along the way surrounded by your daily enthusiasm. Now, if you can figure out what your major triggers are, its possible to try to limit your exposure. But except that you are going to have to stick next to the medications.
Claritin is excellent but may obligation to be coupled with Singulair, which is prescription. As the paramedic mentioned you could also try Zyrtec, and anything else you come across. Everyone responds to these drugs differently and some may work better than others for you. Try them adjectives if you have to, next find the one or the combination of drugs that works best for you and stick with it.
This is a enormously common problem and in that are no easy answers. Either cart the drugs or suffer with the runny trunk forever.
Best of luck
That's a million dollar question. A lot of us want to know the answer. I run allergy medication everyday. See if your doctor will write you for Allegra or Zyrtec; they seem to work better for me. I hold taken and tried everything, and still not much helps. Sorry, I know that's not what you be wanting to hear.
