How do you know if you own...?

Liver problems???
One med I take say report to your doctor if you have liver problems....How do you know if you own...?
Take liver function test and decide whether you hold liver problems. I have curiously high SGPT (ALT) and SGOT (AST) results. More over Ultrasound scan showed slight liver increase. So the doctor has asked me to stop anti-diabetic pills as it adversely affect the liver. Now I am controlling diabetes Type 2 lacking pills or insulin but with diet and exercise. I own been a confirmed diabetic since 1990 onwards.
How long hold you been on the med's? I recommend getting a blood interview done that can check your liver.
There are simple blood tests that can be done to determined liver problems, also jaundice is a apt indications there is a problem ie: yellowing of the skin and eyes. If concerned you should speak to your doctor.
Your doctor can do a blood test to determine if you hold any liver problems. Physical signs would be jaundiced (yellowish) skin or eyes.
If the medicine is prescribed by your doctor, he/she will run blood work(or should)from time to time to check your liver. Usually once a year.
You can own a test taken to bring in sure your liver enzymes are at proper levels
