Have a birthmark that appeared a year ago?

On my hand, glowing brownish and about the surface nouns of a quarter, though oval shape. Doesn't go away beside moisturizing.Have a birthmark that appeared a year ago?
If this 'mark' appeared an year ago how come you call it A Birth sitting duck?

birthmarks are marks that appear at birth or shortly thereafter
What you enjoy is a mole of sorts.
keep an eye on it ...if it change drasticallty, see a doctor

You may have a fungus or you may own exzema. For the fungus get a tube of antifungal cream beside clotrimazole, for the inflammation exzema get a tube of hydrocortisone. Use both of them twice a morning to get a swift result. If these meds don't work, you will need to see a vigour care provider who can prescribe something stronger.
