Help next to losing bulk!?

Hi everyone! I'm 5'5, 15 years old and i cargo 134 pounds. I've been ingestion less than 1200 calories every morning for a week now and excersising and i own not seen any results. I be told that i would lose at least a pound a week. I'm trying to be in motion down to 125, so i am trying to lose about 10 pounds surrounded by a month. Does anybody have any suggestions on losing mass fast contained by a month?Help next to losing bulk!?
well its not with the sole purpose the calories that will help to lose consignment but also the fat contained by the burgers ....etc. that gain on alot off counterbalance.
P.s. you will also need to exercise alot. hope i help.
i'm sure you look fine.. you weigh about duplicate i do.. only your 3" taller

Exercise everyday close to jogging around the block
Skip meal. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per sunshine
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at darkness if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop adjectives the fast food and chocolate.
