Aloe vera help a lot contained by the process. Almonds (pounded/grinded) with milk help too.
The Mangosteen, in laboratory experiments have been shown to hold anti-histamine effects. It has also demonstrated potent anti-inflammatory effects that render it more decisive in experiments than ASA and some other prescription anti-inflammatories. The anti-microbial virtues of the plant may also prove helpful contained by reducing the inefective complications of the disease.
Mangosteen has anti-histamine effects, anti-inflammatory effects, anti-bacterial effects and NO foremost side effects.

Bayberry really helped me. I get it from Natures' Sunshine. However, I need to pinch 11 pills a day for it to work. I'm not sure how much that would cost in a minute.
