How can I detail what the canker similar to sores on my testicle are?

Without going to a doctor, how can i tell what the canker resembling sores are on my testicle?
I have have a irritating rash for a few days on my departed testicle. I have notice that only when I first take out of the shower, I notice what appears to be three or four canker type sores that appear on the infected nouns. The canker sores immediately be in motion away after getting out of the shower, and just an irritated nouns remains. i have be using ketoconozole cream on the infected area and I own been diagnosed beside jock itch and fungus which i have be treating for about a week. At first, i thought possibly the jock itch or fungus spread to my testicle and that the cream would help. It appears to assist, but I noticed the canker sores again second night after getting out of the shower. Not sure if it could be irritated by the soap im using or what? I hold no other symptoms. I have solitary been next to one partner in times past 21 days. What could this be?
